At Shreejee Flowers, we strive to deliver fresh flowers and quality gifts. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and refund policy is as follows:


1. No Return Policy

  • Flowers and perishable items cannot be returned once delivered.
  • Gifts and non-perishable items are also non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be provided only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Poor quality or non-fresh flowers
  • Order not delivered

Note: You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo proof.


3. Customer Not Available

  • If the customer is not available at the delivery address, our delivery partner will wait for up to 20 minutes.
  • After that, the order will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be provided.

4. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may result in failed delivery. In such cases, no refund will be applicable.
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only if requested before dispatch.
  • Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed.

6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
