At Shreejee Flowers, we strive to deliver fresh flowers and quality gifts. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. No Return Policy
- Flowers and perishable items cannot be returned once delivered.
- Gifts and non-perishable items are also non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be provided only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Poor quality or non-fresh flowers
- Order not delivered
Note: You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo proof.
3. Customer Not Available
- If the customer is not available at the delivery address, our delivery partner will wait for up to 20 minutes.
- After that, the order will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
4. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may result in failed delivery. In such cases, no refund will be applicable.
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for refund.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only if requested before dispatch.
- Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed.
6. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
